Alone in the Classroom, by Elizabeth Hay

Like the Miriam Toews book I just read, I read Elizabeth Hay's acclaimed earlier book (Late Nights on Air) and liked it, but not enough to follow up on further works. I actually heard both the authors on the same CBC Radio show, which is what got me to request both the books.

I did like this, but I guess I have the same "meh" response that I did to the first. I don't even have much to say about it. Good characters, very character-driven. I liked the women but not the men. I think it covered too much time. Not for me.
