Black Dogs. by Ian McEwan

Another of McEwan's earlier works, and again, I didn't care much for it. I enjoyed it more than his early short stories, but it wasn't as good as his later novels. It's about a guy's in-laws who loved each other their whole lives but couldn't live together because of an incident on their honeymoon that fundamentally changed the wife's beliefs. It's about evil and love and parents and communism. Maybe I didn't totally get it. I didn't give it all my attention.
